Looking to add an external fan to our Norcold fridge. Found a kit for $80 on internet that includes fan, wires, thermostat etc. The thermosat is set to go on at 130 and off at 115. Seems a rather high...

Hi two,
The Fridge works best at 130 F. That's why the cooling thermostat is set where it is.
This unit is even better than the simple thermostat:
