Norcold frig 120x-imxx

Check your gfi's to see the are on.

All gfi's are off.

Sounds like loss of 12 volt DC control.

The red light is on the NoCold recall box is on. If it's revision d or e a magnet will reset it.

The red light is on revision kit. How does it reset.

Go to where frig is plugged in, unplug frig and plug frig into extension 120 from house/garage. If unit does not come on, head to shop

Do a search of magnet and Norcold for directions for resetting. You should be able to figure out where the big wire on the recall box would go on the control poured where the blue wire is attached from the recall box. You have a 12 V problem not 120 V problem.
The failure rate of the recall box is huge and Norcold should replace it for free.

Remember you're RESETTING a SAFETY feature. It's important that you find out WHY the device failed. Obviously, if it fails again, leave the fridge OFF until you repair it. You do not want a fire....Dennis
