Found the problem. A large piece of rust had fallen down and shorted out the igniter. Once I cleaned that out, it worked fine. The flame looks perfect. Thanks for all of the replies.

Thank you for posting the SIMPLE EASY FIX, that had NOTHING to do with the Norcold. There are some people that have NO IDEA what they are talking about and IF they see NO***** in a posting, just have to post their ignorance. Doug
