Yes, U did and reoplaced it with a pair of Rubbermaind trays, Very happy with the result
Do not know of a block off kit but any good quality tape (Eternabond) when warm and dry should work (Even gorilla tape or just fill it with GOOP).
Before you do
When you pull the front cover off there is a screw, sits crosswise, it has a half circle with + and - signs near it.. Turn it toward Minus a full turn and see if that fixes it.. NOTE you may have to play with it quarter turn at a time.
