Well, i got the first of 4 promised checks last summer.. no check since, wellover a year.I sent the claims admin. 2 emails. No reply yet. Has anyoneelse run into this problem.??A friend of mine did get his second check this summer so I’m feeling i am going to have to dosomething to get back in the checks....

Have you changed address since the orighinaI was mailed ? I received my second check a couple ? months ago ( slightly different amount than the first one ) and there were several threads on here and elsewhere with people confirming receipt at the same time. If I remember it was in a pretty generic "toss able" envelope ... Easy to miss. Easy to toss as junk ... No no no! As to the "what this is about" question ..Its the Norcold class action settlement a couple years ago of about a grand in total ( 4 annual checks) for the 1200 series refrigerators , less for other models , if they were within a certain manufacture date.verified by serial numbers .. No matter now ,as its too late to get in for those that didn't file.

I received the second of four promised checks about 6 weeks ago. I also replaced the original failed cooling unit with the Amish product. Been flawless ever since.

how were you notified to begin with? just had to know about it so you would apply? ****, missed it. replaced cooling unit with Amish in 2015.

Norcold Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

[COLOR=]UPDATE: On July 5, 2018, Top Class Actions viewers started receiving the second of four checks in the mail from the Norcold class action settlement worth as much as $307.52!

Thanks! Obviously, I missed all the prior discussions about this and therefore missed the deadline. However, I do not believe my refrigerator (at that time) was one of the ones listed in the litigation. We now have a new 2017 coach and, I'm quite sure that Norcold has corrected the earlier identified rather costly problem.
