You are jumping the gun big time. 2003. That probably means the REAR cooling fans are not running as after 12 years the fans and the Fan tstat is probably bad. If so, $400 bill, because the refer has to be pulled to replace the fans and even do a diag on the fans. The 120 side, is probably bad heat element/s and the 120 fuse maybe blown. BUT, the 1200 has a diag code that will tell you that. So, get it into a good Service Center and get a diag before worrying about replacement. A NEW 1200 will be in the $3000 to $3500 then add the labor and the windshield removal. BETTER to replace the cooling unit IF IT NEEDS to be done. From the mid 40's you stated, the odds are the cooling fans are the problem with correct cooling on LP. Doug
