Having 120 power has no effect on a RV refer coming ON
It takes 12 volt power. Since you have a 1200 and have had the recall done, you should see the recall box mounted above the Circuit board on the bottom cooling coil. IF the RED LED is ON, the recall box has tripped and allows no power to the refer. Have you checked for 12 volt power to the refer? The recall boxes can sometimes trip from long time storage with no power. And also, a quick 12 volt power surge when dormant from a long time. Doug
