The two small ones go to the sensor in the flue to detect an overheat and a 12V in wire and a blue 12V out wire going to the control box. You have TWO fuses INSIDE the black box you'll find just forward of the recall box. One is for 120VAC and the other is for 12VDC. Use a meter to check them for continuity. My guess is one of them is blown.....easy fix, just make sure you replace them with identical fuses......Dennis
