Since you are in GA now I'll guess you will use 441 to Tallulah Gorge... good road and nothing steep or curvy. I would suggest Moccasin Creek SP west of Clayton on Lake Burton and Vogel SP (if you can get in) south of Blairsville. 76 has been straighten and is a good road these days so not a problem for your MH. Vogel is before the steep/curvy portion of 19/129 and you would want to back track to Blairsville and then west. Trackrock CG is a good place to stay if you cannot get into Vogel.
I would recommend 19/129 north to NC and 64/74 west through the Ocoee Gorge... much better road after the slide was repaired several years ago. On the north side of Cleveland TN instead of getting on I-75 to Chatt, take 11/64 which will bypass the good hill on 75 and put you on it at exit 11. I would probably use I-24 to I-59 to get to Clouldland. A visit to Lookout Mountain (in the toad) and the Chatt Aquarium is worth your time.
