Never having driven in northern Georgia, we're wondering how steep the climbs/descents are for an RV and tow dolly toad. We've been loving all the GA State Parks and would like to stay at Tallulah Gor...

ALABAMA has the same deal in their high mtn areas... Don't forget to move over there for more of the same... DESOTO and CHEAHA stands out for us. We really love camping on the WEST RIM side at CLOUDLAND CANYON up on LookOut Mtn. We use I59 at the Trenton Ga exit. Really nice folks at Clouodland...
You might want to drive your standard truck to those places first over a week end since you live out that way and see what you are going to up against.. Some of those mtn roads are pretty scary... Don't see many CLASS A's on them...
Also hearing some of these great places are getting the budget AX soon. Everyone running out of money it seems and unfortunate the NATL PARKS always get the first hit...
We do almost all of our OFF-ROAD CAMPING in the high country of VA-NC-TN-GA-AL Then we might run down to the Mytrle Beach and Gulf Coast areas for a change once in a while.
All of my road trip go through Gatlinburg TN (Coming and GOING) haha...
