Not a C but beautiful
Saw this a few streets over in my neighborhood, love this piece. Any guesses of who,what,when. I think mid 80"s based on the license plate.

The photo doesn't do it justice. It has new tires and seems to be in good shape on the exterior. It's plugged to ground power and possibly ready to roll. There is a nice assortment of 70's and 80's vehicles on the property as well.
