Not a C but beautiful
Saw this a few streets over in my neighborhood, love this piece. Any guesses of who,what,when. I think mid 80"s based on the license plate.

I think that is an old Newell. Possibly a 1970 give or take a few years. I had a 1972 newell gas engine pusher in 1982. Looked very similar.
