Thanks, Ron. I just took the lock front and back off the door and lubricated the sliding parts and lever turning points. It made quite a difference in the ease of opening the door handle and the deadbolt slides better. I disabled the other lock a while back after it repeatedly locked itself.
Did you actually rekey one of the locks? I didn't see a way to get at the pins.
