I went to Phili on a business trip and was shocked to see the condition of the city were all our history is located. :(
Most cab drivers won't even take you into town after dark. I wanted to see the tall ships that had pulled into harbor one evening and the cab driver said no.
I couldn't fathom going anywhere near there in an RV. Just saying. Ask around before heading out.
