Now where do we go?

Thanks for all the responses. We were in N.O. a dozen years ago and saw all the historical sights. Which were great. This time what we planned this trip was to enjoy the night life. We are not prudes and realize that all types go out at night, it's part of the fun. However, we are smart enough to stay away from certain areas. According to my customer, there was a large police presence, at night in the French Quarter, which was appreciated, however, he and his wife were very uncomfortable, with groups of, again, his words, "gang bangers" on every corner.
Have checked with Blue Water RV and Boyd's in Key West they are booked. At this point, I think I'll paint my house while I have some time off.
