I don't think so, since the (A) is for the E350 chassis, while (B) is for the E450 chassis. It looks like the difference is probably from whether it has the V8 or the V10 engine.
The E350 comes standard with the V8 and the V10 is an option. The V10 comes standard on the E450, so there's only one GCWR figure for the E450.
