Just yesterday I was looking at pictures of old Flxibles. Some of the later ones had the Scenic Cruiser type raised section. I was thinking if I owned one of those, I would raise the dinette up higher, so the back was even with the bottom of the window, for a better view while traveling. Looks like yours has some nice cabinetry and a pretty good layout. Of course you have gobs of basement storage. It will also make nice living quarters after your divorce :B .
