I had a dealer try that when we ordered our first MH. I went to another dealer. It is not the manufacturers process to do this. Ended up that the dealer needed money. THen they tried to keep my deposit on a MH they never ordered. I involved the local attorney generals office. Got my deposit back, orderd the MH from another dealer and paid when it arrived.
