Here is one post I found about them
I worked there as a salesman. They screw you so many ways it's to much to list.
#1) Once you purchased a used RV they tell you they will prep it for you and for you to please drive it out of the used RV area and around to the service department.Sound's alright?? Wrong !!.As soon as you drive it off the lot you own it no matter what goes wrong with it.
#2)During the process of selling it to you they will sneak in a box of thing's you will need for your first trip sound's alright! Wrong!!.While you may need this for your first trip you don't need to pay 400.00 dollars for it.Not only this but they include the cost in your contract costing you a lot more than 400.00. And as a salesmen you are pushed to sell it.Each salesmen get's 100.00 of the 400.00.
#3)All motor homes have a huge!!! markup, for instance on a motor home the mark up is 28.000 dollar's and some time's more I am not kidding!!.If the salesmen sell's it for the list price his commission is 25 % or about 8000.00.
Do your self a big favor,No matter where you shop the are all same they will lie and cheat there way into your.Thing's to do before you go.Tell them you want a mini deal which is a deal that they only get a couple of thousand for commission..Decide on your budget/ how much a month you can pay what down payment you are ok with and how late are you willing to stay at night..The later you stay the easer you become to screw over.
If you ask the about the markup they will say something like,"That would be great if it was true because I would make a fortune.
Every thing I said is fact and if you want to save money you will use this info.If you dont mind getting screwed go for it.
