I actually run 0W40 now. Good cold start protection, but also the better protection from oil film breakdown at the extremes (since I gross up to 25,000 pounds sometimes, and spend lots of time foot to the floor, pushing 5,000 RPMs).
It consumes less oil on 0W40 than on 5W20, especially when running heavy.
