I do all of ours. That's a car, a van, a pickup, a boat and our Class C which is E450 V10.
You need about 06-07 quarts of oil. I don't get any filter but Motorcraft FL820S.
On most oil changes I simply remove the filter and catch the little bit of oil that escapes. On the V10, it's a mess to do it that way. Reason? The Oil Cooler Adapter sits above the Filter. When the Filter comes off, a LOT of oil from the cooling adapter and lines, maybe cooler itself, wants to drain out. So I loosen the filter just enough to be sure it's going to come the rest of the way off. Then I punch a hole in the bottom of the filter and do something else till all that oil has drained. After that it's a normal oil change.
