Oil Change Frequency-V10
We have a 2011 29' motorhome with a V10 engine. I took it in for an oil change at the dealer yesterday and was told I should change oil every 3,000 miles. What do you think/do?

I change my motorhome's V10 oil about every 10,000 miles.
However, I use an expensive synthetic oil in it that is supposed to be good for 15,000 mile oil change intervals. I also install a high-end oil filter with each 10,000 mile oil change. I hate messing with oil changes on top of everything else you have to take care of with an RV, so the added expense is well worth it for me.
