If you're talking about the Ready Brute Elite towbar, I've been using one for 8 years. It is easy to hook up to the Blue Ox baseplate I've got on the CRV. Easy to remove from the RV if I want to. Performance is fantastic. The inertia braking has always worked properly - no lockups or failures to engage. From open flat highway to steep mountain roads, it has worked fine.
I also got the "Protect a Tow" mat from Night Shift Auto when I got the tow bar. This is mesh heavy-duty fabric that runs from the bumper of the RV to the bumper of the tow vehicle. I can't say enough positive about it.. no rock chips on the tow (but tow does get very dusty especially when I drive on gravel roads). I needed to replace the edge elastic after 6 years of use but the fabric is still fine. No complaints from this user.
