Older Diesel or New Gas - Newbie question
Let me preface this by I've read the faqs on gas vs. diesel and have been doing a bit of research. I know diesels will ride smoother, quieter, pull better, and go longer between maintenance intervals...

elhajj33, I know it's tempting to buy new. But, as a full-timer, I think you will need the quality of a DP. Everything will be more robust including the chassis and build construction.
Are you mechanically inclined at all?
A DP will tow your minivan with ease. Sleeping 7 people in any coach will be a challenge.
Also, a DP with a tag axle will give you a tons of CCC (cargo carrying capacity) which you will need full-timing.
