Instead of spending more than $5000 to convert a motorhome to your needs spend that amount of money on a enclose car trailer converting it to a bunkhouse/schoolroom for the older kids and the van. AC, awning windows, portable toilet, and fold down beds but you would have to remove the van when traveling to make room at night. Would come in handy on rainy days.
