My philosophy with boat (even the 50' we lived on) was that it would drink 10, eat 6, and sleep 2.
If I were you I would think long and hard about your exit plan if, after less than 1 year, you find that living with many people is untenable.
A big 5er, maybe, MH not so good.
Remember that beside cramped living conditions you only have a postage stamp patio area for outdoor living and if you toss in a dog or two you might find that you are falling into the "undesirable neighbor" category.
Than there is the social issue with few if any playmates for the children. Virtually no toys and only one bathroom and a small kitchen and fridge. Many RV parks charge extra for coaches with more than 2 occupants and some would not even take that many.
Lot's to consider before you make a buy based on emotion.
