Older Diesel or New Gas - Newbie question

Older Monacos and all Newmars have hung walls. The walls that get delamination are the ones with laminated walls. Since their walls aren't laminated they can't delaminate. Leaks on these are simple fixes in most cases. All you have to worry about is the repair of the leak.
I had a 2005 T&C and it weighed 5000# when I went to the scale. I don't think there was that much weight difference between the Dodge and Chrysler. Have you weighed yours or just guessing.
