If you have concerns on the genterator exhaust, you might do a forum search on "genturi". We've never left ours running all night just because we haven't needed it. If possible, I'd try to watch which way the wind, if any, is blowing so that it blows the exhaust away from the MH.
On your leak, is the top of the windshield above of the leak - is the front of the MH slopped back so that it could be leaking at the top and dripping onto the dash instead of running down the windshield? I need to get the tops of our winshield resealed.
On the front tires if they handle fine I wouldn't worry about them. Do check the dates because one of them is most likely older and may need replacement due to age. If so, then it's a question on whether you change one or both of them.
