It may just be me but when looking at the picture of the solonoid you show I dont believe there is a wire coming off of it large enough to provide the starter with enough current to crank it. Is there a larger wire just laying there and not connected to the solonoid. See if you are getting voltage to the starter itself. If not you may very well be missing this larger guage wire. The wire is there.. just not very visible.. I've search the web and cannot find the location of the starter. If I get to it, I can test and replace as needed. Just not having any luck. I believe the entire gen sits on a sliding tray that after removing two bolts it should slide out for better accesss, but is not budging. I may have to live in it for a little while so, It's important to me to get the generator running.
