1) What's wrong with this plan? Is there more to it that I'm not seeing? Can the wiring, fuel line, transfer switch, etc be easily installed after the fact?
2) Onan or Generac? If you had your choice of propane generator which would you choose and why?

What a deal. Nothing close to that price here. Grab it as long as it is in good shape. I have LP Onan in my 06 PW Plateau TS. Runs great, is quiet and troublefree. You could get a Honda portable if no pre wired in unit. Good luck.
