I don't think I read exactly what type of connection his MH has on the input side of the motor home. Explanation....I have a Marinco twist lock that attaches to the MH and many year's ago, I had a loose neutral wire in that twist lock connector which caused a variety of voltages on that end of the cord and into the RV. I know the OP said he tested it but just thinking out loud here. Good Luck
