I bet a circuit breaker is tripped or off. The circuit panel in the ems is not like the one in your house, it's got a mind of its own. I had my dryer trip the circuit breaker and had to leave it off until I got it fixed. During that time my ems would not read 50amp, only 30. I unplugged the dryer and when I turned the cb on the ems would work at 50amp. There is no manual switching between 30 and 50 amp with my ems, it's between 20 and 30 amp only.
Good catch. Yes, IF the supply breaker is tripped that feeds the Intellitec EMS board you will get false readings. BUT, that usually means the connected loads that the EMS controls will not have 120 power. But as I stated, until the OP takes a voltage reading AT THE RV BREAKER box on all breakers, this discussion is a waste of time. Doug
