Checked it. All points have continuity. I'll do some of the other tests as well, since even if I order a new cable today, it'll take a few days to arrive.
I also took resistance readings, low is 0.5 ohms, high is 0.7 ohms. That's comparable to a known-good three-prong computer power cable that I used as a control (low was 0.6, high was 0.8 for that cable).
