That means you go INSIDE the RV at the 120 breaker box. remove the metal cover and then you will find 2- 50 amp breakers with a RED and a Black wire going to each. You will also see the LARGE white Neutral connected to the Neutral buss bar breakers for 120 voltage. Do not trust by how they look or if you turn them on and off.
Thanks, Doug. Voltages are normal there (236 between red and black, 118 between each hot and neutral). Will chalk the weird readings at the cable end up to pilot error.
