Open alcohol containers
In many states, it is illegal to carry open alcoholic beverage containers in motor vehicles. Does this apply to RV's? We'd like to carry the vino in the notch in the front door.

I believe most states (you will have to read the actual law to know) the main point will be the vehicle moving or immediately able to move.
A RV setup to camp is looked at differently than one ready to drive off.
May belief is from being an LEO for 26 years.
