Open alcohol containers
In many states, it is illegal to carry open alcoholic beverage containers in motor vehicles. Does this apply to RV's? We'd like to carry the vino in the notch in the front door.

I live in SoCal and would stow it in the back where it would not be found in a normal traffic stop. If you're driving buzzed then you're already busted. If you're not driving buzzed and the officer asks for license and registration. Try not to blurt out " OPEN CONTAINER ? WHAT OPEN CONTAINER ? "
