There is a Mandalay Yahoo Group that you might want to check out. I seem to recall there was an issue with some Mandalays, not sure of which years, having to do with the windshields popping out that was required to be repaired at the factory.

I believe it was called the "halo modification", which required the installation of a metal support brace around the windshield opening of the coach. The procedure involves removing the front end of the coach, and welding a brace in place.
