Orange beach
Where are my options to stay near the orange beach amphitheater at the wharf? I am thinking of doing a concert. I would rather pay for a nice place instead of a dump. I have once stayed at the place in foley and it was first class.

- Sugar Sands is the closest, also the newest. Bella Terra is pricey @ $70-85/night and Lake Osprey is a bit away from the beach but seems everyone is migrating there. Heritage is right across from the beach. Try looking at Anchors Aweigh. Nice park. There's also an Elks Lodge with hookups and grassy sites, if you're a member.
If you decide on Bella Terra, be sure to ask them for their "special"...$99 for four days and three nights...only hitch is you have to listen to a sales pitch....Best of luck...Dennis - I'd opt for Gulf Shores. I've stayed many a night at the Walmart Supercenter on Hwy. 59 Gulf Shores.

- I also agree with Gulf State Park. It is close (you can see fireworks from there on July 4th) and nice and decently cheap.
