Two other places besides what has been recommended above, are Neumann's Fish Grotto on Coburg Rd in Eugene and Buster's in Cottage Grove for Breakfast. I am not allowed to go to Eugene without bringing some fish and chips home to the wife. That is "overhead" for any purchases at Lowe's that I may make.
Buster's is in Cottage Grove (where I live) 20 miles south of Eugene/Springfield and is in the hotel where Buster Keaton and crew stayed while filming the famous silent film "The Great Train Wreck". I highly recommend Sunday breakfast as the staff/cooks create a new creation in addition to the standard fare each Sunday. The owner says he just steps back and let them get creative! And they do!
