Chili Verde Omelet: Wild Boar Chili Verde, 3 egg omelet, Cotija cheese,avocado,creme fraiche and cilantro with your choice of potatoes and toast.
Joe's Special: Your choice of "Knee Deep" beef patty or pacific northwest elk, scrambled with 3 eggs, spinach,mushroom and onion over a bed of home fries, topped with Parmesan cheese. Your choice of toast.
Nutella Mascarpone Suffed French Toast with candied bacon, hazelnut reduction syrup and topped with whipped cream and hazelnuts.
Sounds down right tasty, will definitely check them out when we are there.
