Spend a buck and fly out to see it in person and take the funding if you think you're going to buy it. If it is what you want then pay the man, do the title paperwork, and drive it home.
There are plenty of videos and such that show you what to look for when buying an RV. The biggest issue is water intrusion. It will be obvious if the RV was well taken care of or not.
And be prepared to deal with your state for bringing in an out-of-state vehicle. Might try to tax you.
