Outdoor Entertainment Center "TV"

I just bought a 2008 Gulf Stream Conquest our first RV. I want to put a TV out side any ideas or recommendations? Also it is equipment with winged Satellite Direct tv. Do i have to call direct tv to get the receiver? Or can I buy one on ebay?
