Outdoor resorts - VA Beach

Anyone stay here? We usually take a few trips to VA beach each year and have always stayed at Holiday Travel Park and usually have a good experience. Came across the Outdoor resorts near sandbridge and it looks pretty nice. Downside is no bus into VA beach and the cost is almost twice what Trav l park is. But most sites at the outoor resort are waterfront and the beach is accross the street. Any feedback or comparison from one to the other? Thinking of going early Sept.
