To the OP...There used to be a product on the market called X14 Mildew and Stain Remover. I bought a used boat once that had severe mildew on the rubber molding and X14 made it look like new. I don't even know if they still make the stuff anymore, though. - 2oldmanExplorer IIMcAfee
