outside window molding

Anyone know of a product or way to clean outside molding around Windows?

  • Yeah, I've tried simple green, Clorox disinfectant cleaner, and something else, but nothing helps yet.
  • I use a product called back to black. It revitalizes any black trim

I found acetone works the best on rubber or plastic for removing mold that has been there for awhile. Just don't soak the rag, if the mold is new full strength awesome may work.

    :B I personally prefer Norton....

To the OP...There used to be a product on the market called X14 Mildew and Stain Remover. I bought a used boat once that had severe mildew on the rubber molding and X14 made it look like new. I don't even know if they still make the stuff anymore, though.
