The amplifier is located IN the batwing itself, and is powered either by a switchbox, or a wall plate mounted power supply; you will have one or the other..

If its the coax switchbox, there will be a power switch on the left side with a red LED, the likewise with the switch and LED on the wall plate.

The Batwing simply will not work without power, so you need to find the power supply and make sure its On.
