OK, a couple of things:
When you said the engine runs at 180, but idling drops it to 160, that indicates a thermostat this is not functioning properly (unless it is extremely cold out and you have the dash heater on)-- REPLACE IT.
Have you cleaned the front of the CAC (Charge Air Cooler)? That is where the dirt and debris will collect, not on the radiator. Access the engine from the bedroom. Shine a strong flashlight (easier if dark outside) inside the fan shroud/between fan blades. Verify that the perimeter of the CAC (that is what you are looking at) is as clean as the center-- pay particular attention to the lower perimeter). The fan blades (assume this is a direct drive fan bolted to the fan hub-- no clutch) sling the dirt to the perimeter.
Also, look under the engine and make sure the crankcase vent (open hose that will have oil residue on it) has been extended to behind the fan shroud. If not, you are throwing oil vapor into the cooling package (CAC in front, radiator behind) which REALLY attracts the dirt.
