In Venice, 600 years old house is history.
In Rome, it is 4000 years.
When you go to Airstream forum, 1969 models are "young guys"
I always admire to see a piece of machinery that outlives decades younger siblings, but I think the carburated engine on this coach is going to be main draw.
Still can admire the care taken on coach.
Is it me or the coach has trailer wheels on it?
And me not winning 1.5 billion on last night's powerball lottery is now 'ancient history.' :( - Kayteg1Explorer II"History" is a bit hard to define.

- Ray___JuneExplorerRight now we're in Mesquite NV for the annual car show. Two years ago there were two of the Corvair RV's here. You could walk through both of them.
Very fun to see, and a interesting concept. No doubt under-powered, but many were back then.
I hope at least one of them is here again this year. - fortytwoExplorerEncountered a Rally of over 100 of them at KY Horse Park CG a few years ago. Most were lovingly restored and looked new, or better. Just think what current better technology could do. A 20-24 foot pusher could attract a lot of "downsizers".
- jfkmkExplorerVery cool. They made almost any kind of vehicle based on the corvair.
- gboppExplorerThey are cool. I like the front dinette. :C
- vic46ExplorerI have never seen on of these before. Kinda Kool! My folks had a Corvair 4 door sedan for a short while. It wasn't Kool. Have a look at the website below:
