EDD505: You would be correct if it was just another painted unit. But the OP mentioned something about wrapping it to promote his business. That would set off alarm bells with the DOT. Many of the racers who are not really pros get hassled all the time and some state DOT inspectors insist it be treated as a commercial vehicle. IIRC it was a Southern state where they were having problems Georgia maybe. However the OP has posted he is not wrapping it !
