Ownership rv resorts ... Are they all the same?

We are with 5 - 8 years of retirement and looking at all ways to fulltime economically as possible. So the thought of owning a lot at a rv resort might be a option. There is a resort locally in our st...

Not many happy property owners as every time the place is sold the dues go up to cover their mortage. I know for some it is probley fine. I can't get past the fact that those wheels underneath your rig are there so you can travel and go to new places.
