et2, as I recall, the LVMR was $600 month in owner fees. They have one club house w/ exercise room and five pools. Of course property taxes would be extra. The fees could have changed since the last time I inquired.
We stayed at the Traverse Bay RV Resort in Michigan in 2013 where they sell the lots (nephew getting married at his wife's grandmothers home on the water). That park was very nice, clean and manicured. But, it closes during the winter months. It appeared that many were sold.
Also, they had an area for 5th wheels and a section for class A's.
In California where I live part-time, there is a RV resort where they mix the 5th wheels and class A's. It looks terrible. Having them grouped by 'classes' looks so much neater and nicer.
